Measurement is listed first because it is done first: every other figure in an advertising account is calculated against the definition of a conversion, so an account measuring the wrong thing reports confidently and wrongly.

Websites sit inside Growth rather than standing alone, because a website is a sales asset judged on the enquiries it produces, not on how it looks. On every engagement, no media spend starts until a lead is traceable end to end: ad platforms optimise towards whatever you tell them a conversion is, so an untracked funnel does not merely hide results, it trains the algorithm on the wrong signal.

Brewingleads also runs the measurement layer as a standing arrangement rather than a one-off setup — conversion tracking across forms, calls and messaging, server-side where the browser cannot be trusted, and a report on the same date each month in language a founder can act on. The same discipline is applied to AI-search visibility: whether a brand is named when someone asks an assistant a buying question is measured by sampling those questions repeatedly across several assistants and recording what comes back, including which sources the model drew on, rather than asserted.
